Pay is shit, benefits don't kick in for 3 months, management team a joke.
HDHP, employer contributes to 401k, good PTO plan on off shifts, low bonus potential regardless of individual sacrifices and contributions.
The vacation time and holiday pay was very competitive. 401K match and profit sharing were good perks as well.
