In BTS USA, the medical/dental/vision plan is fairly good. "Time away from work" plan in lieu of a formal vacation policy makes it so that staff can take as much time off as they'd like without submitting for approval, as long as your work and responsibilities are still being taken care of. 401k is matching, but on a vesting schedule.
Health insurance was OK, 401k contributions were minimal.
The ability to work from home/take vacation freely is a huge perk. Management trusts that employees are getting their work done, so there is significant freedom to spend time away from the office.
