The benefits package is basically non existent if you are a part time employee, and they will make sure you do not work too many hours so they do not have to offer you benefits. Some people could not even get a paid sick day, even though it was "offered".
There was not a benefits package for Buca. I was also part-time so that might be part of it. Higher management may have benefits but I'm not sure. I worked there serving while in college.
Benefits are only offered to those working 30+hours a week and all employees except management are not allowed to be scheduled more than 30 hours a week.
