The company should pay more of the employee benefits being that the pay is below average. Not exactly super affordable.
Nothing is good about there health insurance. Just get free life insurance and thats it. I dont recomend anything else.
Depending on the plan that you choose, be prepared to pay $250+ a month out of your check. As of this new year, the firm decided to pay LESS and the employees pay MORE.
It was pretty cheap, they picked up a nice portion of the health, dental and eye insurances.
For the Maryland office there is an affordable HMO option.
