“2 weeks is short for paternity leave. Several public accounting firms offer paternity leave of 10+ weeks”
Comprehensive and thoughtful HR approach to employee needs and flexibility when needed
Interns get 5 days off along with one sick hour for every 8 hours worked
Lack of a significant bonus for the junior level folks despite very long hours at work
Great health, dental and vision. Great dining hall and tons of free snacks, drinks and coffee. The worst thing is that it's so good, I don't think another company will ever come close to comparing.
Paternity Leave is available here.
Best (non-deal staff): relatively low-cost medical insurance, performance bonus, retirement contribution // Worst (non-deal staff): lack of diversity, 3 wks vacation 1st yr with 4 wks max after 15 yrs, no flex-time
Great benefits for next employment
Profit sharing is a nice benefit. Just got an additional week for paternity leave (was one week, now two)
Best thing: Profit sharing
Excellent benefits, great benefits team
