Good pay, above the average and they would give you a signing bonus plus relocation and if needed a kind of loan to pay for your studies.
Great benefits. Especially 8 weeks of paternity leave. 401k very competitive, and vacation days up to 4 weeks after 2 years.
Very low premiums, deductibles and copays. Top of the line plan
The best thing about Bain's benefits is the maternity and paternity leave package
Comprehensive benefits package that caters to all aspect of financial support. Very generous vacation package and healthcare support
401K employer contrinutions don't require matching.
Long hours but great benefits--really care about taking care of their people, good health benefits, 401K and interesting opportunities like international transfers and externships
Health insurance is amazing. $200 OOP max for the year, only ~$350/mo for me and a wife and a child. Paternity leave of 8 weeks is great, and people actually take it. The fact that people can and do take vacation/leave despite being busy says a lot about how much Bain tries to make life sustainable.
Benefit package is top notch - best out there. Bain covers almost all medical expenses, the invest in your future through 401K contributions and tuition reimbursement, and their effort to accommodate parents, especially working mothers, is outstanding. Not to mention the HR team is happy to help with any and all questions!
Bain takes care of you throughout your time with the firm and even after you leave.
