Bain covers almost all medical expenses, the invest in your future through 401K contributions and tuition reimbursement, and their effort to accommodate parents, especially working mothers, is outstanding. Generous health insurance coverage with low monthly premiums and 100% of coverage for most services. Prenatal care is amazing! Coverage for services not typically offered by most insurance plans. Annual gym/weight loss reimbursements, competitive 401(k), and the parental leave plan is excellent!

Very good health insurance. 15 days off a year to start, 20 days after a year or two, but vacation is often discouraged. Not as competitive in transition benefits as McKinsey and BCG.
