They have a strong benefits package from health insurance to 401K. The benefits of a large firm is they have a strong power in the market and reassessed benefits to ensure their employees received the best. Their 401K matching was the best I've had in my career and they understand the importance of employee's having the support they need for their financial future. PTO was comparable to other firms I've worked for. They had unlimited sick days (this may have changed) and you had the flexibility to take time as was needed.
Bain has profit sharing which is unique amongst consulting firms. Very generous component of compensation but only vests after certain period at company.
Great 401k contributions. Excellent health insurance. Lots of perks and programs to support working parents. Parental leave is four months paid. Vacation time is standard.
Incredible healthcare! Unlimited personal and sick leave. Relatively consistent commitment to employee well-being. Good amount of vacation days that increase with tenure.
The Benefits are good. Good comp, good healthcare, 401k matching, all that is fine and competitive for a professional services company.
4.5% 401K contribution regardless of employee contributions. Start with 3 weeks PTO per year, earning more over time
