Health insurance is amazing. $200 OOP max for the year, only ~$350/mo for me and a wife and a child. Paternity leave of 8 weeks is great, and people actually take it. The fact that people can and do take vacation/leave despite being busy says a lot about how much Bain tries to make life sustainable.
Benefit package is top notch - best out there. Bain covers almost all medical expenses, the invest in your future through 401K contributions and tuition reimbursement, and their effort to accommodate parents, especially working mothers, is outstanding. Not to mention the HR team is happy to help with any and all questions!

Generous health insurance coverage with low monthly premiums and 100% of coverage for most services. Prenatal care is amazing! Coverage for services not typically offered by most insurance plans. Annual gym/weight loss reimbursements, competitive 401(k), and the parental leave plan is excellent!
