Good healthcare coverage, relatively affordable (though not nearly as good as McKinsey)
Just had a baby and virtually everything was paid for by the company's insurance. Two months of full paid paternity leave. Not as competitive in insurance and retirement benefit as the top competitor, but pretty close. Flexible working locations and sometimes lets us work from home, business permitting. The profit sharing to consultants and analysts recently is an amazing bump in salary if you stay for the retention period.
Incredible maternity leave and ability to flex up and down
Best thing is their medical coverage and super duper previliges while flying which is mostly first class
its pretty good for an entry level position in NYC
Great healthcare plan at a great cost.
The best thing about the benefits package is the generosity of it--the worst thing about it is the cost.
Full coverage, easily managed.
Great maternity leave benefits and health insurance for dependent care
Completely comprehensive benefits - medical, dental, eye wear, every little thing you could need. They really go all out in getting you the best.
