Great comprehensive perks all around
Bain is extremely generous with almost everything about the benefits package other than vacation days, although I would estimate that I get 5-10 days per year between projects, but those aren't something you can count on or plan around.
The best thing is the high pay and the low insurance premiums. The worst thing is that there isn't a very large singing bonus.
health insurance is excellent coverage, very fair deductibles and co-payments. Generous 401K, regardless of your own contribution. Vacation days are not often fully utilized, but you have enough in most cases.

Bain has one of the best benefits packages! They are constantly adding new features to their employee benefits and asking their employees for input and feedback on the plans and perks that they offer.
Everything is good
Best things - Excellent insurance coverage and generous 401K contribution (Bain contributes regardless of whether you put in a single dollar -- even better than a match) Worst thing - PTO is on the low side. Also, company policy frowns upon taking >1 week off at a time, which can be frustrating.
