“You are free to do whatever you please..at first it is smart to be in the office as much as possible to learn practice and pick up smaller things some other agents do not want to deal with..”
Great benefits package. Coverage is good and price is not costly.
There are no benefits! You are a contract employee.
As an agent you are an independent contractor meaning you have no provided benefits..They do offer packages from their people at a discount, but all cost are covered by you out of pocket
Medical, dental, and vision were all through top companies and offered great coverage, especially when compared to some of the other real estate brokerage companies. Their benefits are really great here, a huge plus! The HR department has really done their homework on providing great benefits. From that perspective, they are one of the top in the real estate brokerage industry.
Benefits are great. They changed companies quite often but I am sure to stay competitive.
Robust benefits package. 20 PTO days and 2 VTO days for volunteering- which is rare, a 401k plan as well as an extensive medical plan.
realtors get no benefits; you can buy but they are very very costly
did not receive benefits temporary position
Agents are independent contractors, so there aren't really any benefits.
B&W does not offer benefits to agents. You are an independent contractor and have to pay for your own individual plan.
