Baker College offers Full Time employees Health Insurance effective 30 days from the employee’s full-time start date. Full-time employees have the opportunity to enroll in an ASR Health Benefits PPO program withno premium charge to the employee for the plan, which includes medical, prescription, hearing, dental, and vision coverage.

For part time, there are no benefits. We just recently were given 4 hours pay for holidays, whole full time gets 8 hours. Zero paid time off.
There are no benefits for adjuncts, expect free parking and an employee discount at the book store.
Great company funded insurance including health, dental, and vision.
Health Insurance, including medical, dental, and vision, 401K, self directed pension fund, very generous paid time off, flexible spending account for medical and daycare.
The best thing is that they had grreat coverage and no premium cost for employee
Medical was paid by employer but insurance company was third rate.
Best thing is employer benefits are 100% covered. The retirement plan is also 100% contributed by Baker. Financial advisors are available to employees at no cost.
As an adjunct faculty, I do not have any rights to any kind of benefits. My pay is the only benefit I am entitled to.
