“They have a few choices to cover all the bases. An HSA and HMO. But the HMO is pricey. And the benefits under that plan are just ok. Not infertility coverage.”
“They match pretty well. Fidelity. Find selections are not bad.”
“They permissive time off. Which means unlimited time off. If your manager is American this means you will likely get less time off than usual. If you have a foreign born manager you might enjoy more than month. It’s really hit or miss and when you leave they don’t pay anything out that was “unused””
401k and company culture are amazing
Health Insurance, 401K available, Employee Assistance Plan, Paid vacation (open - can work with manager and team to take the time you need)
401K matching really good plus flexible working arrangements.
The employees/co-workers are great work with, benefits package is standard, and so is vacation and PTO

Worst thing is the oil & gas industry is very volatile.
The benefits are mediocre. Nothing exceptional but covers all the bases. Sadly they are expensive!
Best 401k I have ever seen!
Decent Health Insurance premiums and plans
Generous paternity leave package - 8 Weeks
Excellent benefits for you and your family.
