Benefits were good, and those you paid for were very affordable. With vation and time off combined, you can take some pretty big trips.

Pro: Lots of options in the plan to customize to your individual/family situation. Con: Restrictive prescription coverage.

Great health insurance with United Healthcare package, excellent 401K plans as well. barely any vacation days.

The premiums are cheaper than GE Oil and Gas. I do not know how I feel about the permissive time off. It is nice if you take advantage of it, and it is nice not having to track days off.

GE benefits had access to Warby Parker, but BHGE doesn't. Not a fan of it but its doable.

The company provides comprehensive benefits, including 401k base and matching contributions, a selection of comprehensive healthcare benefits, as well as a flexible work schedule and time off (permissive leave) and incentive plans.
