BT has excellent benefits overall. The flexibility is something I personally appreciate and the medical is also very competitive. The 401k is a straight 3% contribution, no match required.
Great benefits package with lots of days off and summer Fridays. Outdoors events
Great benefits - Matching 401K, 3 weeks of PTO, and cell-phone & fitness reimbursements.
No 401k match only one time donation
Firm offers a great benefits package overall
Great benefits with flexible work arrangement options.
This is a very competitive benefits package. Good medical, with high deductible, FSA, HSA options. The perks are good as well - fitness reimbursement, phone reimbursement, many flexible work arrangement options and GENEROUS PTO policy. The 401K is not great, Safe Harbor with a very small match.
Best: Compensation is competetive, 401k match is regardless of how much you put in, flexible days are nice too because you can go to day appointments if you make up the hours. Worst: 401k match is only once a year, so if you leave mid-year, you lose out on it. No sick days, and PTO barely covers the weekend hours you work
- Best things are they offer interns with 401k benefits, 1.5x rate for overtime pay, flexible work schedule (e.g. come in from 7am - 4pm), and reimburse expenses if travel to the client location.
Told a $2,000 high deductible plan is very simiar to a $1,000 deductible plan with copays. Not even close!
