Large company with a good health and 401k plan strong match and good investment options.
Benefits overall lowered year after year while cost went up. It is better than most plans though all around. Dental and vision too

Health insurance is affordable and eat to use. I also think that the 401k Match is at least meeting the average for the area, if not beating it. Bonuses are based on a multitude of factors, so no one can play favorites.
I think they have pretty good benefit package as company. I realized their cover for the medication is really good. I was surprised how cheap it became. 401K has option to contribute on your own. They much up to 5%.

Pros: vacation time is awarded based on years of service and begins to increase after just 1 year. In Oakland this is in addition to 9 sicks days, 9 paid holidays, 1 volunteer day and 1-2 personal days (personal days are also awarded based on years of service). During summer months management offers early release Fridays and encourages employees to take 1 half day off paid. The same deal is offered in month of December (early release Fridays and one half day off paid). Fidelity is our 401k broker. We get a lot of free company swag (hats, jackets, hoodies, polos, bags, blankets, branded electronics, cups, mugs...) CONS: Health insurance do not include Kaiser as option. Monetary bonuses are weak and for most people amount to nothing more than (approximately) an extra paycheck every Spring. You can never be sure if you'll get one or how much it will be. "Years of Service" bonus awarded at 1,5,10,15....years equates to $50.00 per year. Yuck.
Best - Great insurance choices which incl. medical, dental, & vision, company paid basic life & AD&D, 401k matching + profit sharing. Worst - I/C plans are decent, but confusing.
