With being an RA, you get free room and board. This means free housing plus dining.
Ball State offers 24 vacation days per year, standard across all employees. The employee tuition remission program covers all tuition for classes taken at Ball State.

Best benefits are medical insurance and educational benefits. Anyone who works for a college or university and doesn't take advantage of reduced or free educational benefits is missing out.
