Great benefits package. No complaints.
401k has a company match of 50% of up to 6%. Health benefits are available for employee and family including dental, eye and disability. Life insurance is covered too and additional is available to buy up. Costs are high though and tiered, the more you make the more you pay. PTO is good but use or lose, only one week can be carried year to year.
Bally Technologies benefits package is various - it will offer multi-levels for selections and it is good if you are only one need the benefits.

They change the benefits at will, even changing the benefits on employees that had been working for them several years. You lose benefits without having any input, if you say anything about it, they terminate you. (They are willing to lie to terminate, so beware)

The health insurance was okay, however the salary bonuses were way under par. If you are lucky, you may get the a 3% raise for next year.
