Interns are offered with quite sufficient amount for hourly pay. In addition, there is lunch offered in office. Overall package is pretty good.
Before being hired, they tell you it's the best out there for any hedge fund. Surprise. It's no better and probably worse than the average hedge fund.
Industry average. Not above average.
Great place to work. Chicago office has on-site gym and trainer. Free lunch on-site and breakfast when needed. Athletic balls are widely used on the floor instead of chairs. Overall great benefits and pay.
Good insurance cover, but will get bad next year
The working environment at BAM is great, the people are friendly.
Health insurance is all paid.
Healthy lunch options are available daily; there is a healthy 401K; there is a personal trainer available to everyone; maternity and paternity are available, there are investment plans and retirement plans.
Great benefits. Free lunch. Total insurance coverage. Generous vacation time (if you can ever take it, which is hard because there's always a lot of work to do)
Benefits are great and you are the company assumes 100% cost of the benefits. I don't see anything negative. Maybe change of health insurance provider from one year to another?? In one case I had to go to different specialist because the one I wanted was out of network.
