6 weeks (They supplement STD sobthat you get paid 100% instead of 60% of your salary. For Utah it’s really progressive and generous, but there’s still a long way to go.
Paternity leave, pretty amazing concept, it's pretty minimal but very fair - I know a lot of employers who do not offer any. Maternity leave is pretty standard, it seems.
They give moms and dads 5 days of paid leave. It seems pretty standard. I know that dads can take them at different times, they don't have to be consecutive.

You get up to 5 business days off in addition to your accrued PTO before taking FMLA if you choose.
Standard parental leave practices in place.
They are very good at being compliant with the law and are very generous/understanding when it comes to this topic with special exceptions when needed.
They offer five paid days off for parental leave and additional time off can be requested if necessary. It's pretty sweet.
I was able to take advantage of this additional time off (didn't go against existing PTO.) It was so helpful, just the fact that I knew it was okay to take that much time off (dad here.) Bringing a baby home can be such a huge adaptation, very pleased that BambooHR offers this additional PTO.
