Paid paid vacation is probably one of the best benefits along with their high quality, yet affordable benefits package.
The paid paid vacation is a unique and wonderful benefit. 2k to go on vacation in addition to their generous amount of PTO? They really commit to the work life balance.
BambooHR has a great benefits package compared to a lot of companies. The 401k and HSA matches, paid paid vacation and time off are incredible. I honestly cannot complain. They only area that could be better, which everywhere in the US could be better, is maternity/paternity leave.
BambooHR makes deliberate efforts to make the employee experience positive. The Paid Paid vacation is an amazing way to allow employees to have once-in-a-lifetime experiences. However, what I appreciate most is the day-to-day benefits such as a great health care plan and a generous 401k match.

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
Total paid holidays, sick leave, PTO, birthday, floating holidays etc total about 33 days a year starting being paid off. GREAT insurance on HSA plans and eye/dental. They pay you 2k a year to go on vacation and offer a generous 6% 401k that is fully vested starting day one.

BambooHR cares about their employees. Every benefit is carefully selected with the employees in mind. They provide a generous amount of time off, a wonderful paid paid vacation, company match for 401K and HSA, and they cover a lot of the health insurance costs.
Love the paid paid, however it is taxed like a bonus, so you get way less than what they say after taxes.
