BambooHR has a great benefits package complete with a very generous 401K match, HSA match, and Paid Paid vacation. That's right, they pay us to go on vacation and help pay for the vacation. They have done a great job of providing options for medical insurance that work for every employee.

HSA and medical offered keeps getting better, they cover a LOT of expenses. Your monthly contribution is extremely minimal. Also, their matching on 401K is very very generous - one of the best I've seen. The only thing that would make them 5 stars is if they covered everything, and that's difficult to find in any company.
BambooHR is thoughtful about things that are more important to individuals and families, like a rich 401k and health benefits, paid paid vacation, maternity and paternity. It's great to see dollars spent on these things rather than fancy furniture or superficial things.
Benefits are great at BambooHR. They have 3 different health plans to choose from (HSA and FSA), dental, and vision. They also offer two supplemental plans. Life insurance is automatically included. They give 5 days parental leave and a few days of bereavement. Sick and vacation days are combined, which is nice if you rarely get sick. They have a great 401k match and also offer a Roth. Perhaps the best benefit is paid paid vacation. They reimburse you for going on vacation, which is really cool.
The benefits keep getting better here. They upped dental coverage and lowered premiums. They upped HSA matches and lowered premiums to a couple of plans that brought premiums to almost nothing. Increased 401k match Increased maternity leave More than that, I can tell they just care about their employees here. So I expect benefits will keep getting better.
