Not able for quick advancements, but do have a great learning program.
It was very informative. We had training with management and then we had training with seasoned workers to give us a different perspective on the workday.
It was a good training because they broke it up in to different days. Then some of the training that we had was done with management. Then we had some training with seasoned workers on how the average work day is and how we should handle it.
The job training I received was very short (1 hour or so), which can be a good and bad thing.
They dont always give the best training they sort of just throw you into it
I worked for a day with someone that took me around the store and showed me everything.
They expect you to assimilate to their style of running their business within a 40 hour work week. Training is usually rushed and there are details that you will have to figure out months into your employment.
The job training was easy but they made us watch these long boring videos at the beginning of the training that took up an entire day.
More job training than other retailers
It was better than nothing, but they really relied in the intuitive decision making of the employees when dealing with customers.
