They don't train people well. You figure out how to do Alot on your own. Or someone like me would show you how to do it.
training was very easy they just tell you what to do and give you a key to the fitting room and then just kind of leave you on your own. Within your next day or two they set you on your own but are always open to answer any questions. I had a lot of questions my first week or 2 and the other employees were really nice and helpful with everything.
When I hired in it was for the holiday season so the overwhelming majority of my training was on the job. Due to the high turnover rate people would not show up so I constantly learning to do new things on-the-fly.
They will teach you how to do most tasks. Although if you are doing visual work, there's not much job training involved.
I received great training because the manager at my time was great but after she left training began to stop. We were training each other during work hours and that was a challenge
They don't throw you onto the register without being trained first which is good because you don't want to mess up because you didn't know everything.
I was highly satisfied with my training
Its good to work with
the training takes kind of a long time. 4-8 hours over several days
The training is very thorough.
