The best is the 50% discount.
My health insurance deductible was a bit high but the insurance does cover a lot, including at least 20% nonessential procedures such as sex changes which I read in a manual. insurance coverage is only offered to full time in NYS but I’ve heard that in certain states such as CA you are eligible as a part time PTO was amazing. I accrue 4 weeks of PTO a year and you have space to borrow PTO Federal holidays were time and a half if you were scheduled and you received holiday pay for it as well. If you weren’t schedule you still receive holiday pay Employee discount was awesome! 30% off of factory store items, INCLUDING sales floor promo! 50% specialty Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic Once you become eligible you can get 15% off Gap stocks I’ve never used the following but they are available to PT employees; maternity leave, sick time, tuition reimbursement and gym membership discounts And FT was able to use those benefits as well along with a 401k 401k,
No benefits for Retail Associates. Just discounts. Overall if you are looking for health insurance, working at Banana Republic as a Retail Sales Associate, is not ideal.
We get a lot of benefits, one of the reasons why I haven't left yet.
Good compensation, time off, very considerate with management. Company culture is good to excellent.
Great benefit package includes great medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & PTO.
They offer PTO that is earned and it can help for additional sick leave. The employee discount is great since you can use it for multiple brands.
health insurance, 401 K match, sick leave, family leave, school leave on demand, family medical leave, pregnancy leave, yearly bonus.
We got discounts from all of Gap Inc. clothing stores
401K is pretty good match. But we have to take one week PTO in holiday season, which is deducted from my time.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
