We also provide a flexible caregiver option for those who need flexibility so they can coordinate or off-set their leave benefits with the other caregiver in their family.

    they pay for entire deductibles when having a baby. also gives 4 weeks paid paternity leave and 10 weeks paid maternity leave. Also has generous adoption assistance.

    I've never had children, but a few of my colleagues have. I believe it's 12 weeks paid and then depending on time served you can also use additional PTO. Men get a week of paternity leave, I believe, which can also be supplemented with PTO. Overall I think this is pretty reasonable.
