At Banfield, we believe in rewarding our associates for their dedication and commitment to bettering the lives of pets and their people. That's why we offer a competitive compensation package and a full range of benefits that promotes healthy living, financial security and peace of mind.
There is a great matching 401K. The pet benefits are the real star. Free wellness plans for three pets, free flea/tick prevention from the drug reps, 20% off all services, and free heartworm prevention. I save hundreds every year and that's one dog. You also get 50% off all Royal canin food and you can get MARS products at the corporate office for real cheap. Because we partner with Petsmart, we get employee discounts at the store and employee promotions as well.
The worst thing about the benefits package is a high insurance deductible. The best thing about the benefits package is our PTO policy!
Affordable insurance premiums, however deductible is high and coverage is just ok. 401k match is 100% first 1% and 50% for up to 6%. Wellness plans are provided for up to 3 pets for both full and part time employees. Offers practice paid life insurance.
Decent health coverage options and some PetSmart discounts
The benefits for an employee with pets is amazing. up to 3 free OWP per Full time employee is a huge benefit for a company to provide. helped my family out tremendously.
Free/highly discounted wellness plans for pets Discounts on pet foods Discounts on many Mars company products
The best thing is having 3 OWP included with your employment for your pets
The PTO and 401k are great. The dental insurance is a complete joke and I still pay a lot at doctors offices.
Offered HSA and FSA on top of 401 (k), health insurance (included dental and vision). PTO was given quarterly and was allowing to a crew over time and rolled over annually.
They have perks that really have no value. OT is never allowed, PTO is barely approved. Health insurance mind as well not exsist
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
