Maternity leave is only 2 weeks
Health insurance has high deductible. Most employees use their spouses. Dental plan only allows you to use Anthem- which in our area is unclean and unsanitary. Bonuses dont occur regularly. With mix ups in records, the wrong doctor gets posted and even when its brought to their attention andevident its the wrong doctor, no changes get made. “ they cant do anything” with production after that day has been closed.

Great PTO packages, only offer ahigh deductible medical plan but provide HSA money to help offset deductible.
It's a pretty good preventive care package that covers dental, vision, medical through an HSA account and 401k. It's pretty cost-effective and among some of the better insurance I've had. Other benefits like rental cars and free pet plans are really nice too.

Health insurance is awesome, you do pay about ~$15 or so for health and ~$8 for dental insurance each pay check. If you have pets you get 3 wellness plans for them, you only pay for the taxes.
