“3 Optimum wellness plans and 40% off.”
“High deductible plan but offer a yearly offset to HSA holders.”
“Match 3% for 100%, match additional 3% for 50%”
Benefits are excellent, no complaints.
Great benefits, poor pay. Banfield is very stingy with their raises, only being a couple cents each year.
The insurance offered is almost not worth it. Nothing covered until you pay a high deductible. (Mine is $4000.) One exception is a discount on prescriptions. An ear ache cost me $500 with medication.
Great to have a 401k, also great to reapply track how much revenue you are bringing in and compare to peers. Would be better with Health Savings Plan. Much needed to improve the software for medical notes and retain employees.
Nothing bad about the benefits. Really good pet care, shift differential pay, and added perks through MARS.
pets seen for free/discount, clients are crazy
Med, vision, dental, hsa with company contribution, 401k with matching
The worst part is it is a high deductible plan.
Extremely high deductible and costly monthly premium for medical. Dental coverage isn’t the greatest either.
For a pet healthcare company, the employee health and dental benefits could be much better. Only offer a high-deductible plan.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
