The benefits package is comparable to the optimum wellness packages for pets that the company offers- if you are a healthy young adult with no chronic conditions, the insurance should be fine for you. Those of us with chronic conditions, however, have limited coverage AT BEST, and many of us employees have had to obtain second jobs to finance our medical care. Considering the size of the company as a whole, you'd think they'd be able to offer a more comprehensive benefit package that offers more complete coverage and less out-of-pocket expenses (as the pay rate is consistently low).
