Benefits for CTS are pretty good, in the field is not as good but is getting better. My favorite thing is the generous work from home options. My least favorite thing is the high deductible health insurance.

The continuing education budget was a joke. The company as a whole encourages the hiring of licensed technicians but does not offer much help with the expenses of keeping up with licensing requirements. I was awarded $200 a year for continuing education conferences that start at $500 and up.
