lots of vacation time, medical is very reasonably priced (telemedicine is $10)
Offers Medical, Visual and Dental which not all companies do anymore. You get 5 weeks of vacation time AND sick days!
Great time off and 401K
They have nice company perks, although their health insurance, vacation and sick leave can be better.
the 401k ( they matched what you contributed) , dental plan, vision plan were good.
Vacation benefits are excellent, if you have the opportunity to use it.
Good vacation benefits and transportation benefits
While the overall benefits package remains attractive, it's not as great as it used to be. Best - 401k contribution. BFS gives you 5% after 1 year on the job, and increases it by 1% for every additional year up to 10%. Then it increases to 11% to 12% after another 5 years on the job. Worst - Tuition reimbursement. Now it's just an "industry standard" amount of $5000 (or is it $4500 now?). Used to be unlimited years ago, then dropped to $10,000, and then dropped to current amount. Guess the management realized they were paying for advanced degrees and people just got up and left after they received degrees because there's no future with the company. But I digress... Average - Vacation. Again, used to be extraordinary and now just average. Used to be 26 days as soon as you are hired (of course you have to accrue them). Through the "standardization" of benefits new hires now start with 20 days, 5+ year employees now has 24 days instead of 30. While it's still reasonably generous, but it's nothing to write home about. If you can deal with incompetent management, come work here for the retirement plan.
Best thing is FIVE weeks of vacation, people!!!! ANd THREE week sick leave!!! Tuition reimbursement and awesome 401k match!!
401k and vacation are excellent!
