At Bank of America, our most important asset is our people. Our benefits programs are designed to meet the diverse needs of our employees at every stage of their life and help them plan for tomorrow.
Time off is good, it depends on your level and tenure how much time off you receive but most people have 3 weeks to start with an option to purchase another week and then you get 4 weeks once you are band 5 with an additional allotment of sick/personal days. If you don't use them, you are not paid out for them. Benefits have changed significantly and we pay quite a bit out of pocket, you pay 100% for "sick" or non preventative care visits until you hit your deductible, which is quite high and then 80% insurance kicks in. I will say maternity and paternity benefits are GREAT, 3-4 months full paid time off. Depending on your position and line of business though, it's not always viable to take the full leave of absence.
Great Professional development program. Paid a lot attention on empolyees' development.
Bank of America offers child care reimbursement and tuition reimbursement. Both help substantially.
BOA offers the Best benefits ever!
Changed yearly, always costing employees more
I can't say I have anything negative to say about the benefits package. The time off was great, the 401k was great, the pay was competitive. Overall it was a great package.
Excellent benefits and low premiums!
I think BOA compaired to some other companies in the above is very good. You would be suprised what some other companies do charge for health insurance.
Healthcare cost is relatively high, 401k match is relatively good. The firm has a new sabbatical program for long time employees.
Very high health insurance contribution from employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
