At Bank of America, our most important asset is our people. Our benefits programs are designed to meet the diverse needs of our employees at every stage of their life and help them plan for tomorrow.
Bank offers a reasonably good health benefits package, offering three options to cover various needs: Comprehensive PPO Plan, Consumer Directed Plan and Consumer Directed High Deductible Plan. In comparison with State-sponsored plans, these plans are actually very good.
the benefits are very good!
Match 401k, full benefits. 12weeks maturity leaves
I thought the benefits were fair. Certainly market for my time and grade. I would have liked to see more professional development opportunities.
They have programs such as child care plus which reimburses you for part of your day care expense
Solid 401k and medical and dental benefits
They provide interns with heavy chances of future employment, pay their interns over time, and they give the option of starting a 401 K
None ynless you were FT, which takes forever to get up the ladder
Health Insurance keep increasing, other benefits are pretty standard.
I'm not currently using their benefits package, so I won't be able to say too much. I do however have a 401K & I'm not too impressed with how much they are able to match. (up to 5%)
