BofA supports its employees' mental health and provides benefits for medical, vision and dental. Also offers HSA and FHSA.
They have a very comprehensive benefits package. Lots of employee discounts, competitive health insurance, and even college tuition for certain degrees.
Time off is generous at four weeks plus holidays.
great perks and time off
HSA availability and 401K matching were both great benefits to have in addition to the the health plans.
The 401k is great, they match up to 5% after the first year and will also deposit an additional 2%. Also provide 16 weeks maternity and paternity leave fully paid
Great benefits especially if you have children, affordable and various plans to select from
Best is generous paid parental leave ~4 months. Worst is only high deductible health plans are offered.
