Looks good on paper but… Record profits last year, bonuses were pathetic, raises were on average 2-3 percent, if they even gave you one, you can get a meets/meets and get nothing, they gave reduced restricted stock(down from previous years, 120 this year down from 200 two years ago) which vests over 4 years.
