All federal holidays are paid days off, you can purchase an additional week of vacation, very generous Maternity, Paternity and Adoption leave (full salary and up to 16 weeks off)
enough PTO, but hard to take time away as a sales
This is another sub-standard benefit provided by the bank with extreme goals, 10, 15, 25 years of service, before they are upped.
You are still responsible for sales goals even during the times that you are on vacation.
