Most new employees start with 15 days vacation and 10 days sick time. It is prorated the first year based on when you start working. All hours are loaded and available to use on Jan 1 each year. They also offer up to 5 days paid bereavement leave; paid jury duty, military leave, paid paternity leave and paid maternity leave up to 12 weeks.
