For what I do, I'm just an assistant, it is standard matching, about 50 cents for each dollar saved up to 6 percent of pay.
Match is around 7% if you contribute at least 6%.
Just the right amount of choices, too many choices can be confusing and not good. They have automatic escalation provisions which make a big difference at the end of your retirement.
I'm an intern so I'm not sure about it. I've heard is good.
The 3% matching plan improves as you spend more time in the company. Most companies match 50 cents.
As far as I know, good benefits and perks. 401k standard which is good to start, I guess every employee offers one, but I'm not sure.
Standard 401k automatically deducted from your paycheck each pay period and employer matching. Not bad at all.
