Depending on your title you are required to take a mandatory consecutive two weeks away.

They offer 2 weeks vacation time and 2 weeks sick time. I would like it if they were all rolled into one pool of PTO because I hardly use sick time and my position is required to take 2 consecutive weeks of PTO... that's my whole vacation time.

Available to most employees and accrue faster for long time employees

Lot of vacation time. Twenty days I think.

Vacation and PTO are separate, for example each year I earn 3 weeks Vacation and 40hrs PTO. Since we are a bank, depending on your job function, there are mandatory 1 wk, 2 wk, or 3 wk (executives) requirements. You can roll over vacation and pto, but must take vacation hours for the mandatory time away. PTO is the only thing that has a maximum you can roll over before you start losing hours. They want you to take care of yourself!

Two weeks off for non-officers, three weeks off for offiers, and four weeks off for VP and above. Vacation increases based on time of service.
