Our team always has great lunches with the management team from time to time, and we celebrate our top producers with everything from nights out on the town, steak & lobster grill-outs with our regional director, and even all-expense-paid trips to some pretty awesome resort destinations. We've been to Cancun, Dominican Republic, and Marco Island just to name a few recents.

There is a great culture at Bankers Life. The team feels like a family & they have frequent team events that encourage people to become friends outside of work. It fosters a team environment.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Orlando, Florida

Company social events are more along the lines of the company paid group travel upon meeting performance targets. Awesome trips and accommodations, but you have to get the hang of the job first in order to meet those kinds of targets.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Insurance Producer in Portland, Oregon

  • Feb 18, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Unit Field Trainer in Glen Burnie, Maryland

Everyone has fun and gets to know one another easily. There are no bad people, just people that will complain about everything like every other job. You have the option of ignoring or engaging. It's a fine line between failing and surpassing your colleagues too.
