Drunken parties. No supervision.
Company had an excellent, attainable sales contest system that was fun, energizing, and a blast.
Our team always has great lunches with the management team from time to time, and we celebrate our top producers with everything from nights out on the town, steak & lobster grill-outs with our regional director, and even all-expense-paid trips to some pretty awesome resort destinations. We've been to Cancun, Dominican Republic, and Marco Island just to name a few recents.

I don't know about the rest of corporate, but Scott Parks has spent his own money at times to encourage and promote teamwork and camaraderie. There is a great culture at Bankers Life. The team feels like a family & they have frequent team events that encourage people to become friends outside of work. It fosters a team environment.
Company social events are more along the lines of the company paid group travel upon meeting performance targets. Awesome trips and accommodations, but you have to get the hang of the job first in order to meet those kinds of targets.
They have a few big events but they are dominated by cliques.
Everyone has fun and gets to know one another easily. There are no bad people, just people that will complain about everything like every other job. You have the option of ignoring or engaging. It's a fine line between failing and surpassing your colleagues too.
