They train you about the same thing over and over again. They take away time from your prospecting (which you ONLY get paid for sales you make), and don't compensate for time lost.
Not built for now. Built for long haul. Except most don't last.
Extremely well developed training program. Continuous online educational opportunities to grow and improve.
There is no pay for training.
Very condensent and fast, focused on the medicare structure and needs based. Lacks the typical "feel about" and sentimental approach to sales which is the only way to close a sale.
The training at Bankers is absolutely the best in the business. You must do some studying for your state-required license, but they follow up with a two-day class before you start to help apply this knowledge. Once you officially start, the whole team works to help mentor you towards success. My managers and field trainers helped me set goals and, more importantly, showed me how to make and execute a plan to accomplish them.
No benefits, strictly commission until you are in management
Self Paced, self directed. Encouragement to produce is constant from the Managers. If you do not understand how the material is made available, you will be lost. YOU MUST be a student, not a pupil.
They have one of the best sales training programs out there.
The training is extensive and always on going
