Depending on how much you make, or how many applications you submit, you can receive fairly large bonuses. One person received a $30,000 after selling a big annuity policy of 2 million dollars of which she made $30k off of.
Fairly low thresholds to achieve but once you realize that the top performance barely make it, you realize it's all for marketing and hiring purposes.
Bankers offers up to a $60,000 bonus each quarter, starting at 10% up to a 100% match on your production. Probably one of the most awesome things about working here.

There is a clear schedule of bonuses that YOU EARN every quarter. $600 for meeting the minimum sales goals to a cap of $60K bonus for $60K Agent production credits. There is a potential to make more in bonuses than on commissions.
Bankers is a Slave Ship. with no benefits. You spend long days in the heat and or cold weather chasing after middle class elderly citizens near retirement if any. You may however receive a performance bonus if you sell more policies per month. Run and get a stable job in sales that offers benefits .
You get to have a high commission if you can perform well.
it is 100% performance and sales driven. It can go as high as 60,000 per quarter.
No one makes the performance bonus because your set to fail. Old leads, poor prospects, and deeper into debt.
