I feel that Banner has a very competitive benefit package.
401k match is up to 5% and the health insurance overall is affordable and quite good
Changed the HSA policy so will no longer contribute full company benefit at beginning of year. Apparently are concerned about the few people who leave the company beginning of year so they are only giving a small portion per each pay period. Would have been great to know about this change earlier than November so I could have anticipated big expense I'd incur in January for prescriptions!!
Health insurance benefits are restricted by the age demographics of the company.
Best thing is the 401k match. This helps build retirement savings twice as fast.
