“Good benefits. A bit pricey. ”
“Yes they do offer this ”
“No paternity or maternity. Deducted from PTO balance ”
Good benefits and flexibility depending on supervisor
Great benefits. Health insurance has low deductible. 401k match plus annual contribution. Vision, dental, pto cash out, yearly merit increases
401k, pto is horrific, very small amount every pay period
This company offers great benefits.
I came from another non for profit hospital in FL. I’m not impressed with Baptist health insurance at all. $1,000 deductible - you can collect points from doing the daily app which is a pain, after the year we all had fighting COVID we shouldn’t have to do this. This is the only job I’ve had, where I’ve had to meet a deductible. The mental healthcare under Atena as far as who is covered is limited, again not impressed. Medications are higher than what I am used to paying as there is no hospital pharmacy for me to fill and get a discount. CVS is their pharmacy. You get to choose from two plans and I have then better one. As a healthcare worker our benefits should be better than this. No sick days... you work with the sick but aren’t given sick days... If you call out it comes out of PTO you do not have a say in this matter. Holidays that you are off also come from your PTO bank.
Good health benefits but low paying salary
No sick pay of Holiday pay.
401k, PTO, Health Insurance and Great Match
403b retirement plan employer matches up to 3%
Time off is based on accrual of hours, health insurance is good (more expensive for part time employees), maternity leave is 2 wks and the rest is PTO and disability.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
