Health insurance covered pretty much everything as long as it was in network. Vacation and PTO days were standard and 401K matched up to 4% of contributions.
Vacation time off is nice.

As of January 1, 2017, the dental plan is now administered by Delta Dental. It is an HMO. Unfortunately, no one did their due diligence. The majority of the dentists are "clinics" or dental centers. Our patients who need a periodontist must go to one of these offices that have an "in house" periodontist with limited hours. If you search for a dentist using our zip code, 07041, you will see that most dentists are not even accepting new patients.
Health insurance is above average. 401k match is decent. Vacation time is in-line with industry standards as is sick time. No solid work from home policy.
