Great coverage for a low-level job? Fairly cheap compared to what others are paying now? I believe for a single, middle-aged female, no dependents, it was like maybe $20/paycheck? Paychecks are weekly, so about $80/month? I think Dental was a lot less, maybe $2.00/check - not certain on these amounts. Several people that work there work really only to have health insurance for their family.
I pay $88/mo. for health and $12/mo. for dental at age 27.
Nothing for part time and not great for full timers
Expensive, but high quality coverage.
Health insurance is standardized for the bookstore employees. It does not reflect IT market standard.
