401k and time paid off is the best
Insurance through my wife's employer is 80% less expensive and provides better coverage. Hourly employees start with 2 weeks of vacation and 1 week of personal time. Salaried employees, unless they negotiated otherwise when hired, start with 2 weeks of vacation and don't receive a 3rd until their 7th year. 401k match is 3% and employees contribute in 2% increments. All other non-medical / dental benefits listed are included at no cost, except the Legal Assistance plan. Everyone complains about the insurance coverage and cost.
no Tuition reimbursements for taking classes or MBA Program
Medical insurance costs are outrageous. Company pays less than 50% of the cost for an expensive plan that is not worth the cost. The compnay tries to get out of paying for insurance costs hoping that you'll get coverage elsewhere.
Insurance costs do not fit with the mantra of the company
