The best thing about Bartech is they have a good salary base, but no raises.
Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K offered, there are no cons for the benefits
No 401k match, average dental and health.
No benefits, only sick time is granted via Oregon sick pay, no PTO, and health insurance coverage is expensive and provides very little coverage of anything.
No sick or vacation time. Health insurance is too expensive with current pay rate to be able to afford what is offered.
PTO is lost when you leave the company.
You are better off buying health insurance on your own. Their group health insurance is less coverage for more money. Makes me wonder if they are making money off of it.
Great work from home opportunities. Good holiday and PTO structure. HR helps a lot with understanding medical benefits. Offers a lot of 401 K options.
Their vacation calculation is the worst because one must complete 1000 hours before you cantake 1 day of vacation
I didn't have to get health or dental benefits from Bartech Group as I was able to go on my husbands benefits. There were no days off paid as well as no holiday pay. I was only going to be there for 5 months so I did not sign up for 401K. My goal of course was to find a permanent position.
