Bask offers (3) various options with Regence ranging from (1) HSA compliant plan and (2) PPO insurance plans. Bask pays 94% of the employee's premium for the base (HSA) plan and offers a tenure based premiums for dependent (spouse and/or children) insurance coverage. The longer you work with the company, the more they pick up for your dependent's insurance premium.
Typical insurance, high deductible on the free plan but goes down with each plan. Each spouse or child adds more to the plan. You do get a phone number that you can call for free if you have strep throat or a similar illness that you don't want to go to the Dr for and they will prescribe you a prescription for.
They offer tenure based insurance premiums - they pick up more of the dependent coverage the longer you have been employed at the company.

1/4th of my check goes to insurance and I still have a $6,000 deductible.
Insurance is affordable and very good. It doesn't break the bank, it's pretty standard 80/20 plans. There's also some HSA plans if you don't need full coverage.
There really isn't much to talk about. They get it through Regence Blue cross Blue Shield
Good Insurance but thats about all.
