Free health insurance plan after 60 days for full time, 401k, paid time off
Benefits were pretty standard nothing to write home about
Bask has decent benefit plans available to their employees. Health insurance deductibles are fairly high. In addition to paying your monthly payments be sure to set aside extra in case of an emergency to pay the deductible. I opted to enroll in the HSA program available to help pay for any extra medical expenses I would be responsible for. HR was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping each employee identify the best benefits program for their needs.
The 401k plan is east to adjust and the company match is also pretty great.
Good plans but they are pretty Pricey.
Best thing is health insurance if you're single. It's almost free and incredible deal. If you're covering a family though, the premium skyrockets.
Premiums are sky high and more than what you make.
They offer 3 different options for medical through Regence, so you can pick the option that is best for your individual situation. Bask offers tenure based premium contributions, so the longer you have been with the company, the more they pay towards your dependent coverage.
"Health insurance is okay, landslides better than it was before, but still leaves much to be wanted. No retirement planning at all. Pay is super low. You'll never make as much as they tell you you're going to make. No real other perks or benefits."
Expensive insurance with crazy deductibles. When the pay isn't great I can't afford to really carry the insurance.
