“Generous discount on store brands. Less so in non-profit store brands.”
“Bass Pro offers six paid holiday vacations per calendar year. They also offer paid vacation time for their qualified employees. ”
“Very expensive; the cheapest employee portion for just themselves is nearly $100/wk, which is a lot when a large portion of employees make less than $30K/year. Adding family is unaffordable. The deductible is very high as well, almost $10,000, which most people won't meet in a year unless they have some significant medical event, so the insurance is essentially useless for most people.”
Great benefits and discounts at the store.
The best thing about benefits are the employee purchase discount on company owned brands which is very generous, 401k, health, dental, vision, holiday pay and vacation.
Best: 401k match, reasonable insurance prices including vision and dental. Worst: Vacation time is use it loose.
great discount difficult schedual daily
The best thing about the benefits at Bass Pro Shops is the coverage they provide. I have dental, vision, and medical coverage that is accepted at most places. I also have a 401k and the company provides you with additional resources and perks as well.
Good benefits and very nice head quarters including cafeteria and gym on site.
Amazing perks, discounts, and family culture. They offer extremely competitive packages for dental, health, and vision.
Great employee discount and discount website
Employees are offered health benefits covering medical, dental and vision at an affordable cost. The company works to maintain the rate employees pay, and give back when possible. Other benefits include 401k, vacation and sick time.
Health insurance is expensive compared to similar plans through other companies; very hard to qualify for disability insurance or life insurance through the chosen providers. Maternity leave is 6 weeks regardless of FMLA or other PTO used. There are discounts for other company-owned businesses like Wonders of Wildlife, but entrance is still expensive compared to compensation.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
