they have life insurance, retirement (after 1 year), health, dental, vision -- they have a high and low deductible plan to choose from. it is about standard cost, 25/month for all of that on the cheapest plan, but to add dependent, it more than doubles, making it a bit less than affordable on a normal hourly wage.
Two options to choose from. decent prices for families, for single income its too expensive. You cant change once you have opted into one until a year later unless a serious situation has occured in your life
They don't offer benefits to part time workers.
As a part time associate, you still receive employee discount. No perks really to speak of.
Etna insurance. Expensive premiums for not a lot of coverage. You have a copay as well as a percentage. Premiums have gone up over the last five years
Based rate on hourly waiges. It very affordable.
Sick day pay for hourly employees is difficult to understand. You get 75% pay only for the second day the occurs with the first 14 days of the original callout.
Great perks. Everything else is extremely average
The time off was 2 weeks to begin. This is nice but in my department you basically need to do all your work each week regardless of taking vacation. If you take a day off you are really doing 5 days of work in 4 days, staying late if needed.
