Firm management encourages consultants to use their PTO and works hard to make sure consultants don't have to cancel vacations. Deadlines can move unexpectedly, so it's great the firm takes this approach to PTO.
Health insurance is very good with cost sharing. Other types of insurance offerings cover pretty much anything you can think of. A recent change to the 401k plan allows employees to save more pre-tax dollars. Personal time off is very generous as well, especially for management (unlimited discretionary, at least on paper) Free drinks, coffee/tea (premium), free food often after events.
