It was brief but thorough. Most of it was common sense to me about how to handle certain work place situations but I'm sure there are some people that get hired that genuinely require it. Anyways, short video skits that you watch at your own pace in the back room.
Job training was good and it helped to understand the store and products
They show us videos, then you take a quiz over the different segments. Then, they take you to the floor for person to person training which is fairly easy
The pressure to be "pushy" with customers to boost sales and that there are no benefits besides the discount for part-time employees.

The company’s video presentations are thoughtful and thorough. The in store training sessions were well thought out and intential for getting us prepared for new product roll outs and events
The people there were very patient with me and very kind when I was still learning the ropes. They made it very clear to understand and did lots of training to make sure I wasn't going to be a sitting duck.
