My hours was flexible for me, because I was working at my second job and doing online classes
Only working 3 hours every two weeks doesn't pay to even drive there
You rarely get any hours to work unless it's during the sales.
Required to work holiday time and floor sets are overnight
You literally get barely any hours. They do call off shifts. I have gone two weeks without working.
They except all types of schedules just don't expect them to always work you when you're available
good hours but at times they pushed it. or sometimes they wouldnt give you any hours at all

They were very understanding of sick days They also worked with schedules on the once a month reorganization of the store rotating people from the night or morning shifts. They also first give you an option of which you prefer.
Flexible hours allows associates to work only half a shift and still have time for studies and or family.
