The benefits package is top notch! with the system being turned from vacation/sick time, to PTO, the starting time is 4wks! Not many places you can get 4wks from the start. Insurance coverage and other benefits are also outstanding!
Benefits at the site were pretty poor for the average worker
Very good health care insurance. They match 3% towards your retirement and 401(k). Very supportive HR department. Paid relocation expenses.
Healthcare insurance, maternity leave, education assistance
First time benefits impression are awesome, but when benefits are compare to different company are below the average. There is not Vision Insurance. The performance bonus is below the average of others companies (3%).
The best medical benefits I've ever seen or heard of in the industry
Good 401k match, medical coverage really good, flexibility
Good retirement plans. 401k plan was competitive, but current offerings did not include a pension plan.
