Stocks vest 1/3 each year: restricted and unrestricted. HR recently enacted flexible working opportunities: where you can work from home (on some days) if it does not interfere with productivity

The benefits package is top notch! with the system being turned from vacation/sick time, to PTO, the starting time is 4wks! Not many places you can get 4wks from the start. Insurance coverage and other benefits are also outstanding!
