    The pharmacy options are a bit limited but many of the hospitals now have in-house pharmacies so the convenience makes up for it.

    Middle level plan has good 80/20 coverage with $10-$30 copay depending on primary or specialist. Premium plan has no deductible however high monthly payment, HSA account can be worked for financial gain if rarely used.

    Good medical packages with at least two choice of plans for employee or employee plus family members, All standard options available, as in vision, dental, etc. Is an EPO so necessary to use Baycare doctors, which is not a problem since they are outstanding professionals.
