The pharmacy options are a bit limited but many of the hospitals now have in-house pharmacies so the convenience makes up for it.
Middle level plan has good 80/20 coverage with $10-$30 copay depending on primary or specialist. Premium plan has no deductible however high monthly payment, HSA account can be worked for financial gain if rarely used.

The good: Everything seems to be covered if you're ill. The bad: HORRIBLE medication management. If you have adverse/allergic reactions to generic, you will have a bad time and many letters telling you that you'll be charged full price and you can only visit CVS pharmacies. Disgusting...
