Great benefits & time off with end of year shut-down.
Decent Pay and Work Environment
Good vacation pay and 401K program. Bayer adds an additional 5% to 401k over employer matching in place of pension benefits
Good pay and benefit, I learned a lot from them
Great package done of the best benefits for a corporate company and plenty of time off. Great sick time off plan
Flexible vacations, time off in December.
Benefits are very good and they really try to instill a strong belief in work life balance for everyone in the company.
Competitive pay and benefits, 401k with decent match, paid vacation, health insurance, medical, dental, etc, bonus packages depending on job level
401k and stocks are given
The insurance coverage is good but the premiums are terrible. My insurance premium went up approximately $350 per month after the takeover. All the incentive for salaried personnel (engineers specifically) to stay has been taken away. The pension was frozen and discontinued, our insurance premiums went through the roof and we are still underpaid. The thing that held most engineers was the amazing benefits. That is now gone. Bayer will be and already has lost a lot of excellent legacy talent following the takeover. Not a smart business plan in my opinion.
