8% 401(b) plus additional match
There are TWO separate retirement plans all staff get. One is employee-contributed, no matching. The other is entirely BCM-Funded at 8% of your salary BUT you only get to keep this money (become vested) if you are an employee for three years or longer.

The matching percent from BCM is excellent. You can manage your retirement distribution. They offer excellent seminars and guidance on retirement funds.
