Employer Summary

Baylor Scott & White Health offers a 401(k) plan to help you save for retirement. Every employee is eligible to participate from the first day of work. Because we want your retirement savings to grow, we match your contribution dollar for dollar up to the first 5 percent of your eligible pay. You become 100 percent vested in the employer match after three years of employment.

    The employer match is very generous. While some facilities only offer a percentage to your dollar Baylor does dollar for dollar up to 5-6%.
