“Vested after 3 years of employment.”
“You have the option of selecting their narrow network for lower premium.”
“For directors and above, no PTO rollover.”
Decent and standard benefits package. Scott & White Health plan for medical, 491K up to 5% match; vested after 3 yrs. Decent PTO. Everything else is standard.
Great Medical Benefits and time off
With BSW health plan, you're limited on providers and specialties on the cheapest plan bc they must be at BSW hospitals/clinics, so nowhere outside of TX. 401k they match up to 5%, which is good in comparison to other companies. PTO is accrued and you can roll over up to 200hrs into the next fiscal year if you haven't used it, or cash it out. On average it's about 7-8hrs accrued each pay period. No sick time. Federal holiday PTO comes out of your PTO bank. Vision plan is through Eyemed and you get $170 allowance for glasses/contacts per calendar year. Dental does not cover a lot. 50% of crowns, fillings, root canals, etc. Cleanings are covered but that's about it. They offer maternity, but not paternity leave. There is also tuition reimbursement, but I did not participate so no specific details.
The health insurance is great and very affordable. Generous PTO and the the 401k match is phenomenal. The employee discount program is aldo very generous and allows lots of savings on fun things to do with family.
Awesome benefit package with company match 401k
Benefits are great, and fairly priced.
Decent health insurance, 401k match, ok paid time off.
